Fabled lands gamebooks torrent8/1/2023 ![]() Rather than starting on the island every time you start a new character and bumbling through the world in different directions, instead start at entry 297 where you are jousting against the Dragon Knights. I've been using a warrior to make this quick-start get up and running a little easier as well. The third one is exploring Yellowport at night, there is an option where you are attacked by a thug carrying 15 shards everytime.Īfter a ton of restarts in Fabled Lands: The War-Torn Kingdom, I've narrowed down what I think is an ideal quick-start that doesn't require any cheats. But you could also be super unlucky and loose all your money. On average you can catch 3.5 fish, so at 55 shards at the fishermen market on average the profit should be +17.5 shards. I haven't tested, but you can go fishing for 175 shards (160 for the silver nugget and 15 for the boat). The second place is the lake of the sea dragon. I've just used this loop today and I know have enough money to buy a ship. The only downside is that you need a character with some fighting capabilities. Wolve pelts worth 90 shards each, axes 40 and mandolins 270 (so it is a 170 shards profit). You can repeat the process until your inventory is full and go back to Caran Baru to sell the loot and go to the tavern or your house to recover lost stamina. Then from Fort Mereth you can travel back to the wolf place by going first in direction of Caran Baru and then north. And also one chance out of 3 to be able to buy a mandolin for 100 shards. In Fort Mereth you have one chance out of 3 to fight a drunken soldier and get his axe. Then travel shouth then north east to Fort Mereth. There you have one chance out of three to encounter wolves and after defeating them you get a wolf pelt. The one I'm using is close to Caran Baru.įrom Caran Baru, travel east. Same Question goes for DestinyQuest, also what is the order of books fro DestinyQuest, Amazon has a different numbering order than the DQ website. I was also referred to Legendary Kingdoms for an alternative (some say better) gamebook. I am also considering getting this Side Quest book to try to add some purpose to my games and generate some shards (money). I am defiantly going to "reload" my game when I have an insta-death experience in the future. I was planning o play through all the FL books but the aimless walk-abouts is not the most enjoyable for me. I've printed out a map for book 2 so that I can try to visualize where I need to go SHOULD I find a quest. I kind of feel like I am Frodo Baggins just wondering around Middle Earth, but I don't need to get to Mordor. But I seem to be stumbling around the book not really doing anything, I don't really have anything to do. I thought what the heck lets get book 2 and see where the adventure takes me. I just got into Fabled Lands, I played through a rather short adventure in book 1 where I was killed in a battle. I didn't want to resurrect a dead thread so I decided to create a new thread.
